These two events will be held on Saturday 11 February 2012 in and around Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay in the area of Port Stephens in NSW.  The adventure event challenges participants to complete the course as individuals, teams of 2 or relay teams of 4. This off road multi-sport event will see participants swim 1.5km in Shoal Bay , then Mountain Bike Ride through national park to Fingal Bay headland and back, then Kayak  from Shoal Bay to Nelson Bay and back with the final leg running from Shoal Bay to Corrlette and back using beaches, foreshore parks and footpaths. The Summer Run will include a exciting run course using beach, parks, forest and footpath along the Foreshore of Shoal and Nelson Bay and turning at Corlettte.

So whether you are a regular multisporter, or just looknig for a summer training goal, then this event has something for everyone.
